Prior to starting her own criminal defense law firm, Stephanie was a Deputy District Attorney with the Davis County Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases ranging from major assaults to financial crimes to drugs and gun possession cases. Before that, she worked as an Associate City Prosecutor with the Salt Lake City Prosecutor’s Office. During her time as a prosecutor, Stephanie was involved with a wide range of criminal investigations, and learned the intricacies and technicalities of prosecuting drug, property, and person crimes. Stephanie is admitted to the Utah State Bar and the United States District Court in Utah. She also practices Of Counsel with Parker & McConkie.
